We are now providing a click & collect or delivery service. Simply visit the local Click & Collect section and look out for the click and collect shop symbol for the products that are available readily on this service.
We have set this up primarily to cope with our customer demands for a service during these testing times of Covid-19. However, should the demand remain strong once things get back to normal we will consider keeping this service going.
New measures have been put in place to protect both our colleagues and customers. Please take note when visiting our stores.

I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?
When collecting your order you will need to bring the order number provided on your order confirmation and payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you may need to verify your card using chip & PIN).
What happens if I am not in when my delivery is made?
If you are not in the order will be available the following day for collection at your local store. If you place another order we would be more than happy to resend the order at no extra cost.
When will I receive my order?
For click & collect - after placing the order you will receive an order confirmation message by email. You will then shortly afterwards receive an email confirming that the order has been processed. Once you receive the ‘items fulfilled’ email the items are ready to collect.
For Delivery - Your order will be delivered in accordance with our delivery policy. Your daily cut off point for order placement is 2pm. Any orders received after 2pm will be classed as being received on the following day.
