Local Delivery & Click and Collect now availble

With the corona virus lockdown we are now providing a new service:


Our stores are now open to the public, subject to lockdown rules. 

All products with this icon have click and collect available:


We are now providing a click & collect and Local delivery service. Simply visit the local delivery and Click & Collect section and look out for the click and collect symbol for the products that are available on this service. We are also happy to provide a local delivery service (3 miles from our store) for a small delivery charge. Please note the delivery charge goes straight to one of our dedicated delivery drivers.

We have set this up primarily to cope with our customer demands for a service during these testing times of Covid-19. However, should the demand remain strong once things get back to normal we will consider keeping this service going.

New measures have been put in place to protect both our colleagues and customers. Please take note when visiting our stores.

* To cancel your Click & Collect order and obtain a refund, please contact your local store by phone 01283 512999.



I'm going to collect my order from store, what do I need to bring with me?

When collecting your order you will need  to bring the order number provided on your order confirmation and payment card you used to purchase your items (for security purposes you may need to verify your card using chip & PIN).

What areas do you provide a same-day delivery service?

The same-day delivery service is provided for addresses within a 3-mile radius from your local participating store.

What happens if I am not in when my delivery is made?

If you are not in the order will be available the following day for collection at your local store. Otherwise you will have the opportunity to pay the current delivery charge direct to the driver for the second attempt. If you place another order we would be more than happy to resend the order at no extra cost.

When will I receive my order?

For click & collect - after placing the order you will receive a confirmation message by email. You will then shortly afterwards receive an email confirming that the order has been processed. Once you receive the ‘processed’ email the items are ready to collect

For Delivery - All local delivery orders that are under the same category are delivered next day. The orders are dispatched all together when the local store closes. Depending on how close you are to the store and how many deliveries the drivers have to complete will determine the time of delivery. Please note that if a product is added to cart that isn't eligible for the above (local delivery or click & collect) the delivery charge is added at checkout.
